If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Your item will be sent out by Hermes, your tracking number will be emailed once dispatched. Please check your spam folder before contacting Oaklea Rose.
Orders placed before the 15th December should arrived before Christmas however as soon as the parcel leaves Oaklea Rose we can not be held accountable for any delivery delays our courier company Hermes encounter. Ordering before the 15th should allow plenty of time for your parcel to reach you.
If your parcel has not arrived by the 21st December please make contact with Hermes direct as we will not be able to assist on delayed deliveries.
All pre order items can take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched please note all pre order items are not valid for returns or exchanges.
Your item is secured via this process and is not available to be cancelled.

We will offer an exchange of size (not colour) on Waist Trainers should the item show no signs of wear and tear and still has the original tags, labels and packaging. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must pay for postage and will be charged £4 for the exchanged item to be posted to you. Your exchange will only be sent once we receive and process your return. We will only accept returns from items with proof of postage and tracking information.
Our policy lasts 14 days from date of dispatch. If 14 days have gone by since your item left Oaklea Rose, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you do send your item back for a refund and it is declined due to exceeding the return period, your item will be placed in the declined bin and will only be sent back out once you have paid additional postage. If you do not within 14 days this item will be disposed of.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days. All returns are subject to a £2.50 charge for administration and restocking each order. Original Shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returned items (Delivery Company)
In the event that an item is returned to us for non-collection, incomplete address or refusal there is a administration fee of £1.00 charged on an order. This item can be re-sent to you and you will be liable to pay for the re-delivery postage.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded you can exchange for another item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged the final outcome will be at Oaklea Rose discretion. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and your case will be reviewed where necessary a return form and returns address will be sent.
Faulty items can only be returned for an exchange or refund if sent back within 30 days from date of receipt.
All pre order items can take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched please note all pre order items are not valid for returns or exchanges. They are ordered specifically for you the customer. Oaklea Rose will not be responsible if this was an oversight by you, you must read all item information before ordering. Please only contact Oaklea Rose after the 28 days period has lapsed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a £2.50 admin fee for restocking and checking of the garment. Should the item not be in its original condition the item will not be refunded in full. For example make up on neck line will result in the refund being declined.
We advised all returns should be sent back by recorded delivery or a tracked and traced service, should you not use such postal service you acknowledge that should they not arrive back with Oaklea Rose they are not liable for any loss of your parcel.
It will be your responsibility to have the missing parcel investigate with the sender. Until the item is back with Oaklea Rose you also acknowledge a refund or exchange can not be processed. Should this time exceed the return time frame Oaklea Rose are not liable for any loss you may incur.
Customer Service enquiries are dealt with Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
Please allow up to 48 working hours for emails to be replied to. Note that during busy periods this time can be longer.
Only one email to be sent per order as multiple emails will delay the response time, please bear this in mind.
Order queries will not be dealt with on our social media pages repeat posting of orders will result in your account being blocked from our page.
